Though I tracked many more tragic cases of Hindu women falling victims in last 3 years, here I am presenting 3 cases, sadly, in one case it ended a girls life.
First, one can read tragic stories from the links I give below:
Case 1. Ritu in West Bengal was stabbed by a Muslim because she refused marriage proposal
Case 2. A Hindu girl in Trivandrum stabbed in her own house
Case 3. A Hindu wife killed by Muslim husband
RULE OF MARRIAGE IN ISLAM: Islam allows Muslim men to marry Non-Muslim women and to bring their off spring as Muslims. But Islam rejects Muslim women marrying Non-Muslim men and in such cases Islam encourages honor killings. Koran says there is nothing wrong if parents kill such daughters. The Reliance of Traveller, the manual of Sacred law (Sharia) of Shafi'i school of Islamic thought , says that parents killing offspring are not to be prosecuted.
Every rule and belief in Islam is rigged to expand the dominion of Islam.
If we take a close look at what is reported in case 3, it is clear that girl faced immense hardship to accept new culture. The report does not say she converted but she might have, either way it is irrelevant here. But why did he refuse to leave her alone?
The simple truth is, in Islam women has no choice for separation i.e to divorce her husband. It is only husband who decides and has the choice of divorce. Wife is at the complete mercy of husband.
SO IT IS EASY TO ENTER IN TO SUCH WEDLOCK BUT IT IS NOT EASY TO COME OUT.
And increasingly, with rapid Islamization of India, and with Indian constitution allowing Muslims freedom in their personnel law, even courts will not be able to do any thing, because the girl has converted to Islam hence matter becoming strictly Islamic.
THE STUDY OF CASE OF RINKEL KUMARI SHEDS LIGHT ON MANY ASPECTS OF ISLAM
I already pointed out there, I again do it here:
1. The girl was kidnapped. It is completely allowed in Islam because Islam's Prophet himself engaged in such kidnappings. If Prophet did some thing, it is nothing wrong for Muslim men to do those things.
2. She was forcefully converted in to Islam. But nevertheless, she converted and this is the view of Supreme Judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan. And she can not go back to her original religion as Islam prohibits Muslims leaving Islam. Islam says Muslim leaving Islam should be killed.
3. Similarly, in the matter of marriage too, she has no choice for separating from her husband - even when she was forced in to wedlock - because Islam denies women right to divorce her husband. The supreme court judge very well made this observation when he referred to her confinement as 'living together'.
ALL THIS TELLS WOMAN HAS CHOICE TO ENTER ISLAM OR WEDLOCK - THAT WILL BE HER LAST FREE ACT - AS SHE NEITHER HAS CHOICE TO COME OUT OF ISLAM NOR OUT OF WEDLOCK
The only difference here is The Supreme Court of Pakistan has decided the matter according to Islamic law, here the husband simply enforced Islamic law by killing her.
But, many times, as I suggested, Sharia law is not just legal Islamic law. Components of Sharia law are part of beliefs of Muslim. That is precisely, he was so adamant and behaved the way like he did as it was un-Islamic for her to leave Islam or to leave him on her own. He firmly believed he was her master.
Probably, if this incident has happened in an Islamic country, he would have received much lesser punishment or no punishment at all.
