US Senators: Malaysia 'which practices discrimination against Non-Muslims' is a model Muslim nation

This is an example which shows all infidel systems are rotten and blind and how compromised too.

Leaders of Malaysia publicly support the laws that favor Muslims and discriminate against Non-Muslims. Islamic organizations in Malaysia, not sufficient with these, want more stringent laws against Non-Muslims, meaning more sharia compliant. The fact that discrimination is enshrined in its constitution should be ringing alarms in our leaders, instead it produces this kind of statements. It all means there is nothing wrong when Muslim nations practice violence or throws abuses at Non-Muslims. It amounts to Islamophobia if people resist such discrimination and Islamic imperialism. Next what? Saudi Arabia is also a Muslim model country? Why not? After all its GDP per capita is larger than that of Malaysia !! Media already tells us it is a moderate Muslim nation despite its abhorrent practices.

KUALA LUMPUR: Two influential American senators have praised Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak for his efforts in introducing reforms and making Malaysia a model Muslim country that practised free enterprise, democracy and progress economically.

Senator John McCain and Senator Joseph Lieberman, who are on a working visit to Malaysia, said they made this observation during their meetings with the Government, opposition members and civil society leaders. 

“We are very pleased with our visit to Malaysia. We have been impressed with the economic, political and social development that have taken place,” McCain told a joint press conference with Lieberman here on Thursday. 

He also said the US looked forward to fair and free elections in Malaysia.
“We discussed that and we know the number of issues surrounding the elections are now being debated by the opposition and Government authorities,” he added. 

Lieberman expressed hope the Malaysian Government would allow an international group to monitor the general election when it is held. 

The two senators also expressed their disgust at the behaviour of Syrian leader Bashar Al-Assad and the recent massacre of women and children there.

An example of Moderate Islam (!): Malaysian laws regulate how Non-Muslims construct their buildings

What is moderate Islam? You will get a very fine answer from this new law of a Malaysian province.

Few days ago, in an e-mail I received a person wrote the following:

".....i agree one point which u ( i.e me ) told...if they are huge in population they (Muslims) follow their religion aggressively with rule and if they are meagre, then they will just follow things with belief and impose others to follow......."

The very same person writes he/she still respects Islam. Something went wrong here? Every thing because it is primarily Koran that is guiding Muslims, which looked like 'following aggressively' to that person.

One still can not fault that person because they are products of a system which lies everyday and which distorted history and created myth upon myth about Islam.

In the language of that person, consequences of 'Muslims following their religion aggressively' are complete ethnic cleansing and extermination of religious minorities from Muslim majority nations. This is the direct result of humiliation imposed upon Non-Muslim religious minorities through legal discrimination, and these humiliating laws are completely based on Koran and Sharia.

These humiliating discriminatory laws against Non-Muslims are indicative of what kind of relations should exist between Muslims and Non-Muslims, what kind of attitudes Muslims should have towards Non-Muslims according to Koran.

On what basis Hindus in India think that Indian Muslims have different attitude towards them? Assumptions and wishful thinking. They forget or ignore the fact that all Muslims follow same Koran.

Coming to Malaysia, discrimination against Non-Muslims is not a secret nor something Malaysian Govt. is ashamed about.

Like all times, in utter contempt of Non-Muslims and their intellect, Malaysian Govt. is never short of issuing a statement in this fashion: "Islam is a universal religion. All people can live equally  in Islam provided Non-Muslims accept certain rules....."

Pure hypocrisy? Much more than that. It is all about Islam being supremacist and fascist. It also shows Muslims are incapable of realizing on their own about inhumanity of Islam.

Coming to this law, Malaysian Govt. (actually it is a Govt. of a province) makes a new law that tells how building should be constructed in future i.e. they should be in accordance with Islamic law e.g. they should not display idols.

Lets listen to what an official says on this:

“Islam is a universal religion and is suitable for all races. The Buddhist association can build it (its new building) as long as it does not have elements that go against Islam."

“For instance, they can have any Chinese designs, architecture or colours but they are discouraged from putting images of idols on the buildings,” he told reporters after launching the state Muktamar Dewan Ulama PAS in Machang Saturday.

I guess infidels putting mere idols on their temples and buildings goes against Islam.

And this is true moderate Islam i.e. a myth, a delusion.

Now the question is does the Koran support this? Wonderfully. As a matter of fact, it is Koran which makes such laws.

Just read the verse 29 from chapter 9.

And more over, The Reliance of Traveller, a manual of sharia law of Shafi'i school of Sunni Islam, which is also approved by Al-Azhar University - supreme authority in Sunni Islam, says that Non-Muslims living under Islamic law should neither display their religious symbols publicly nor on their buildings.

'Truly Asia' aka multicultural Malaysia can not understand that Islam professes freedom of religion!!

With more than 55% of population of Malaysia being Muslim, constitution of Malaysia has two sets of laws: one for Muslims and another for Non-Muslims.

And there are no prizes for guessing that set of laws for Non-Muslims is completely discriminatory when compared to laws for Muslims besides the obvious fact of Malaysia declaring Islam as its official religion. Muslim leaders of Malaysia openly support special privileges for Muslims and deride those who question this kind of institution of 'legalized' discrimination.

One aspect of all this is freedom of religion and freedom of conscience. By law, all ethnic Malays are declared Muslims and they have no right to convert to other religion (to be more accurate, a Muslim has to get permission from a Sharia court to change his religion and Sharia law sanctions death penalty to Muslim apostates; till now, there is no case of a Sharia court allowing a Muslim to change his identity.) But others can convert to Islam. Similarly, Muslims can proselytize but not others leading to ridiculous claims by Muslims i.e if a Muslim has converted to Christianity then he was enticed by Christians and if a Non-Muslim converted to Islam then he has seen justice in Islam. Only Muslims are capable of bragging about justice even in institutionalized discriminatory system.

Like sharia - which controls every aspect of Muslim's life - be it political, social, religious and legal - Malay's law too invades and interferes with every every aspect.

The strangest (more importantly it is very cruel) being how Muslim officials declare Non-Muslims as Muslims and seize their children. And following case illustrates this:

Malaysian Muslim women launch obedient wife club

Prophet Mohammad said that devout and good Muslim women are those who maintain chastity and are obedient to their husbands (also the verse 4:34). Prophet further said that a woman can not serve Allah with out carrying the right of her husband. In fact, when a Muslim woman dies she will go to heaven if only her husband is pleased with her.

In April, a Muslim MP in Malaysia said that Muslim men are having extra marital relations because women(wives) are neglecting their duty and are not obedient (here):

Malaysian men have extramarital sex because of “wives who neglect their responsibilities” to their husbands, a Malaysian lawmaker told Parliament on Thursday, outraging women’s groups.
“Husbands driving home after work see things that are sexually arousing and go to their wives to ease their urges,” said independent lawmaker Ibrahim Ali, according to online portal Malaysiakini.
“But when they come home to their wives, they will say, ‘wait, I’m cooking,’ or ‘wait, I’m getting ready to visit relatives’,” Ibrahim said.
“In Islam, wives are supposed to stop everything to fulfill their husband’s demands.”

So now, we have some Muslim women in Malaysia volonteering to help Muslim women being more obedient to their husbands so that their husbands do not go astray and they formed a club for this purpose.

Malaysian women launch 'The Obedient Wife Club'

AFP - A group of Malaysian Muslim women say they will fight divorce, domestic violence and other problems -- by appealing to wives to be more obedient, according to one of the organisers.

Maznah Taufik said "The Obedient Wife Club" being launched Saturday is aimed at drawing women who will be taught how to please their husbands better to prevent them from straying or misbehaving.

"We just want to ask all the wives to be obedient wives so that there will be fewer problems in our society," such as infidelity, divorce and domestic violence, she told AFP.

"Obedient wife means they are trying to entertain their husbands, not only taking care of their food and clothes," Maznah said. "They have to obey their husbands. That's the way Islam also asks."

Malaysia is a Muslim-majority country, with some 60 percent of the population practicing the religion, alongside large ethnic Chinese and Indian communities who are mostly Buddhist, Hindu and Christian.

According to local media, the country's divorce rate doubled from 2002 to 2009, with rates higher among Muslims than non-Muslims.

Maznah said it was also the men's responsibility to teach their wives to be obedient.

"Some wives, they just want to get married for leisure but they don't know the responsibility," she said.

"To entertain their husbands is compulsory. If she doesn't do this, the husband will look for another woman... and the house will break down."..........

Islamic leaders of Malaysia question rights of non-Muslims

About 60% of population in Malaysia is Muslim and its constitution declares Islam as official religion. It also prohibits propagation of other religions to Muslims; Muslims converting to another is religion is effectively banned while non-Muslims can convert to Islam.

Besides these, other privileges or special rights also were given to Muslims over non-Muslims (here) constitutionally.

The Institute of Islamic Understanding Malaysia (IKIM) clarifies that, firstly, Islam rejects religious pluralism which claims that all religions are equally true and equally good (here).

Recently, Malaysian govt. confiscated Bibles printed in Malay because they were using the word Allah (which is in usage by Malaysian Christians for centuries), which ultimately lead to protests from Christians, who constitute about10% of population.

...................... Malaysian Islamic Youth Movement (Abim) deputy president, Dr Mohd Rumaizuddin Ghazali, also stressed that Malaysia must never become a secular state.

“This is why many non-Muslim politicians want to declare the country as a secular state because then the government will not have fund religious programmes.

“They are scared that if we accept Malaysia as an Islamic state then there are many implications which means that only Muslims have the right to lead the country,” he said.

Mohd Rumaizuddin added that the Malays are beginning to be trampled on and non-Muslims are starting to take advantage of the community.

“Because of politics, we are still not free after more than 50 years of independence,” he said.

Hizbut Tahrir Malaysia president Abdul Hakim Othman added the country’s constitution must be replaced as it has been stained by the colonial British.

“A Caliphate state is based on divine revelation. It is not a democratic or a theocratic state. It is only an Islamic state when the constitution is based on the Quran and prophetic traditions,” he said.

Even in the face of institutionalized discrimination towards non-Muslims, only Muslims can boast about tolerance. Or, they intend to make dhimmi covenant fully applied.

Malaysian MP Says Men Have Affairs Because Wives 'Neglect' Their Duty in Bed

MP further quotes, “In Islam, wives are supposed to stop everything to fulfill their husband’s demands.” This argument is in line with reported teachings of Prophet Mohammad (Prophet on Muslim women.) and overall position of women in Islamic theology. On other hand, this kind of observation reinforces the main line present day Islamic belief that neither Islam nor Muslim men are never wrong and it is other's fault if Muslims do wrong. The best example is a Mufti saying Muslim men can not be faulted for raping women and it is the fault of women not wearing veil; or infidel women are looked on as characterless or the fact of Islam looking at Non Muslims with disdain and contempt or the prevalence of culture among Muslim men boasting about raping or seducing infidel women (here). 

This kind of statements coming from modern Malaysia testifies to how Islamic beliefs, which are rejected by Muslim apologists when speaking to infidels, pervade through Muslim societies irrespective of index of development and modernization. Interestingly, feminists and leftists are least likely to express outrage on such observations either because of fear of retribution from Islamists or their feeling that their condemnation results in strengthening hardliners at home or, probably this is the reason, their belief that Koran never really means what it says or Muslims never mean to imply and do what they really say (here):

“In Islam, wives are supposed to stop everything to fulfill their husband’s demands.”

Ali heads Perkasa, a right-wing Malay nationalist group seeking to protect ethnic Malay dominance in politics.

His strident comments came as he asked about plans by the government’s religious development department to educate wives on their responsibilities.

Wives failing in their duties pushed men to go to “private places to satisfy their urges”, he said.

An aide to the lawmaker confirmed the remarks but declined further comment.

His comments prompted fury among women’s groups in a nation with a growing sex industry and a problem with human trafficking.

Women’s Aid Organisation chief Ivy Josiah said Ibrahim’s comments were unacceptable for a parliamentarian.

“I am appalled as he equates women to being a sex toy and what is worse is that he uses religion to try and justify his position,” she told AFP.

“The comments not only show that Ibrahim Ali is a Malay supremacist but a male supremacist as well.”

Rights group Tenaganita, who monitor issues of human trafficking and abuse, said such sentiments were one of the causes of human trafficking in the country.

“Because people like Ibrahim Ali believe it is their right to get sex anytime from their wives, or otherwise seek it from elsewhere, that’s why you have a growing sex industry and we see such human trafficking cases,” senior coordinator Aegile fernandez told AFP.

Last March, the government launched a national plan against human trafficking as the country moves to quash its image as a transit point for traffickers.

With one of Asia’s largest populations of foreign labour, Malaysia relies on illegal and legal migrants to work as domestic servants, in plantations, factories and to service the local sex industry.

Malaysian lawmakers also clashed with women’s groups last month after a government parliamentarian claimed women were “slow” at the wheel and “oblivious” on the roads.

Modern and multicultural Malaysia to pass its own blasphemy law.

Some Islamic scholars say that Islam prohibits infidels uttering the word of Allah and even touching Koran. But Allah is not a word that came with advent of Islam in the year AD 590 when one idle and lunatic man living on his wife's wealth thought that visions he was experiencing, probably because of some tumor in his  brain, were from some God - he himself was not sure about the name of God. History written by pious Muslims themselves suggests name 'Allah' was in usage and worshiped at Mecca too. Like in all matters, Islam simply claims monopoly on each and every thing e.g. it plagiarizes stories from old testament and new testament that too in imperfect way. How do Islamic scholars explain away such discrepancies, then? They state that both old testament and new testament were corrupted by early Jews and Christians.  One can go on writing on this subject, but its mentioning here is to highlight how Islam tries to shut down every thing, from criticism to questioning, that is in disagreement with Koran. That is precisely, Sharia law awards death penalty to people who doubt, question or criticize Koran, Islam's bandit prophet or sharia law itself. This is what Pakistan's blasphemy law is all about. And Malaysia wants to adopt too.

People who abuse Koranic verses are to be charged in Malaysia according to a news report (here). The report also mentions that Non Muslims can not object to Islamic daily calls for prayer however loud they are. Interestingly, the way it was being understood is purely reminiscent of Islamic supremacism. If a Non Muslim objects to such loud calls from mosques, Muslims might probably take to streets resorting to violence; so to avoid such things labelled as disharmony, discord, enmity, hatred......govt. feels that this kind of law is necessary.

Regarding so called 'abuse of verses', which version of interpretation of some verses amounts to abuse? Or what kind of evidence is needed to establish that abuse did happen? In Pakistan, it turned out that once rumors came out on some one committing blasphemy, it did not matter what court said ultimately as Muslims on streets are carried Islamic banner of death.

If one wants to know what might count as abuse then know that Malaysia, mostly Sunni, recently banned Shite (shia) Islam from propagating their beliefs. 

Islamic pluralism; Malaysian style.

I keep writing here that Islam rejects other religions, concept of pluralism or multiculturalism and then I become an Islamaphobe. When Islamic organizations say this, people call these organizations extremists. If I mention these organizations are reputed in Islamic world, non militant and are part of Islamic main stream, people in these organizations are branded as ignorant forgetting the fact that these (so called ignorant) people spent all their life studying Islamic scriptures. We have a similar case again from tolerant and modern Muslim Malaysia (here).

Malaysia truly 'Multicultural' Asia? Veil is removed; One can call it Islamic Imperialism.

Malaysia is often cited as an example of moderate and modern Islamic country and also considered as multiculturalist. Muslim population is about < 60% of Malaysia. It has two sets of laws; one for Muslims and another for Non Muslims. By the laws of Bhumiputra, all Malays are declared as Muslims.What if when laws from these two sets contradict each other? Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah, answers this question very well. Hopefully now, this opens eyes of some dhimmis who used to show Malaysia as an example. Other important question is, is the Sultan an Muslim extremist for enshrining and supporting such discriminatory laws? The reason I write about Islam, Koran and Sunna is that Islam is a fascist political ideology; not entirely because of violence which most people attribute to Islam with out understanding Islamic beliefs at core. Violence or Jihad (violent) is just means to achieve Islamic superiority over others i.e. subjugating all Non Muslims. Violence towards Non Muslims is not the end but one of the means, which Islam and Koran sanction very much.
